The Winston P. Wilson (WPW) Matches and the Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting (AFSAM), conducted by the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center (NGMTC), are an annual event to promote marksmanship training. These marksmanship sustainment-training exercises offer service members from the National Guard and international community an opportunity to test marksmanship skills and weapon systems in a battle-focused environment.

The National Guard Marksmanship Training Center will conduct the 38 TH Annual Winston P. Wilson Championships at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas, 12-17 October 2008 and the 18 TH Armed Forces Skills at Arms Meeting 7-18 October 2008.
